Moneisha Williams
Walnut Hill College
"Hello! My name Is Moneisha Williams. Before deciding to pursue my current career, I spent a lot of time thinking and studying different majors before officially going to The Restaurant School now known as Walnut Hill College. The hero scholarship provided not only tuition assistance but my for books as well which was such a blessing! In three years, I was able to obtain two degrees, associates & bachelors, in Culinary Arts. Even though I worked and went to school full time, I didn't let it deter me from my goals. After graduation in 2019, I landed a job with Kimpton Hotels in Center City as a banquet cook. I thank the Hero Scholarship Foundation for giving me that
push to strive for success."

Cedar Crest College
"I lost my father in the line of duty when I was 3 yrs old. My mother was told about the Hero Scholarship shortly after. Although I lost my father, he was still able to provide for me in the most heroic way. Through his sacrifice, and the Hero Scholarship Fund of Philadelphia, I was able to go to college. I chose to my top institution, a private all women's college located in the heart of Allentown, PA. I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science is Business. I am now continuing my education and am set to graduate with my MBA in August of 2020. I owe so much to the Hero Scholarship Fund in terms of my education,
success and future"
